Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2-nd All-Russian Scientific Conference with international participation “CURRENT ISSUES OF SCIENTIFIC SUPPORT FOR THE STATE ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION”.
29 September – 1 October 2015, Ekaterinburg
Conference organizer – Institute of Philosophy and Law, Ural Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The conference is organized according to the National Anti-Corruption Plan for 2014-2015 and recommended by the Presidential Order No 226 of April 11, 2014.
We invite submissions on a wide range of themes, including, but not limited to:
• The role of humanities and social sciences in ensuring the Russian Federation’s state policy on combating corruption;
• Problems of institutional resistance to corruption;
• Economic problems of anti-corruption activities;
• Legal and organizational mechanisms for combating corruption in the Russian Federation;
• International law and problems of combating corruption;
• International cooperation in anti-corruption activities;
• Perspectives on implementation of international legal norms including European ones in the national legal system of the Russian Federation;
• Experience of combating corruption in different countries;
• Groups of interest and problem of lobbying regulation;
• Combating corruption in non-governmental sector;
• Civic participation and civic institutions as a factor of anti-corruption activities;
• Development of a value system related to anti-corruption activities.
During the conference, we expect to discuss and adopt methodological and expert recommendations of improving the anti-corruption mechanisms for the authorities of the Russian Federation, the subjects of the Russian Federation, local governments and law-enforcement agencies.
Following the conference, the organizers are planning to publish the collection of papers with the subsequent placing of publications in RISC system. 
The plenary and panel sessions of the conference will be held on 30 September 2015 in Ekaterinburg. Detailed information on the program
and conference venue will be announced later.

Key dates and deadlines:
• 15 April 2015 – deadline for application submission. Application should include general information about participant: full name, degree, title, position, workplace, contact information (e-mail), theme of the presentation (see Annex 1 for Application Form);
• 1 June 2015 – notification of acceptance, sending the invitations;
• 1 September 2015 – deadline for paper; 
• 1 Oktober -  2015 – 01 February 2016 – editing and publishing the materials.
