The development of a verified system of historical, legal, and historical-political knowledge creates the foundation for protecting Russia's sovereign civilizational path. Historiography and legal philosophy play a key role in this process, defining the semantic dominants in improving the legal system in accordance with the country's value foundations and strategic priorities in the context of a changing global order. The stability of the legal and legitimacy of the political system, as well as the long-term consolidation of Russian society, directly depend on the strength of this foundation. The goal of the conference is to develop scientifically grounded approaches to updating and strengthening the ideological, value-based, and institutional framework of the Russian state through interdisciplinary dialogue between historians, legal scholars, philosophers, and political scientists. The conference aims to serve as a platform for consolidating the expert community around key principles for the development of national legal and historical scholarship in order to create a coherent, consistent system of knowledge about Russian statehood adequate to contemporary challenges.
