Summary:

The report on the results of the international expert study "Digital space of modern politics in the context of global technological transformations: content, structure and features" was devoted to determining the features of the content and structure of the digital space of modern politics, as well as identifying trends, scenarios and forecasts for the evolution of digital politics in the context of changing political regimes based on the active use of digital resources, technologies and infrastructure in the processes of distribution and implementation of power. The report examines the functional and meaningful impact of digital technology transformation processes on the activities of traditional political regimes that are forced to adapt to a new and increasingly complex socio-technical reality. The key risks, threats and challenges facing modern society in the context of accelerated digitalization of key areas of their life are also analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies and self-learning neural networks into the political sphere.
