In 2027, the journal "ANTINOMIES" is planning a thematic issue on the topic "MODERN LOGIC AND LAW" (Applications of symbolic logic to jurisprudence, in particular, deontic logic and issues of modeling argumentation in law and morality)
According to the decision of the academic council and the directorate of the institute, as well as the editorial board of the journal, this special thematic issue will be edited by:
1. Elena Nikolaevna Lisanyuk (Logic Sector, Institute of Philosophy, Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow), at the invitation of the directorate and academic council of the Institute of Philosophy and Law, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences;
2. Vladimir Olegovich Lobovikov (Law Department, Institute of Philosophy and Law, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Ekaterinburg)
Unlike the usual practice of humanitarian publications, this special issue will not have any administrative and editorial restrictions on the use of artificial languages, equations, formulas, tables and graphic objects by authors, but significantly increases demandingness regarding the accuracy of definitions and the formal-logical validity of conclusions.
